Do you think that you opened up a revised ePUB, that we sent you, and that we didn't make any of the edits you requested?

Guess what?  There's a very good chance that you put the V1.ePUB into the eBook reader, and it's still there.  Even if you add Version 2 or Version 3 or Version 300, you'll keep seeing Version 1.

But...where did those edits GO?

To fix the problem, though, is easy!  Just delete Version 1 from the ePUB reader, and load V2. Ta-da!  The problem is fixed.
