I was expelled from the family by my brother on the day we buried my father. My mother and other family members stood by and did nothing. Words cannot describe my pain. I'd made some bad mistakes that I'd pay for many times over before my brother died. Unfortunately, what happened to me is not unique. By sharing my story, I wanted to make readers more aware of how they treat others, as well as give inspiration to those who struggle with pain and loss. What I thought was the worst event in my life turned out to be my greatest gift.
